Booking regulations.

    You can book:

 - Through the internet, filling the form completely;

 - Calling the following numer: 0039 0861 787820;

 - Faxing your reservation to the following number: 0039 0861 788964;

 - By e-mail to the following address: info@hotelbeach.it

Please specify accurately:

 - The dates of your stay: the day of arrival (morning) and of          departure (morning);

 - The number of people you want to book for (including children) and what kind of room you are requesting (e.g. double, twin, single, double room with extra bed, double room and bunk-type bed etc.).

 - The kind of accomodation you require: full board or half board.

Deposit:

    a deposit amounting per each room will be asked to confirm your reservation. The above  mentioned sum can be paid through bank draft, credit card or postal order. Your booking will be reconfirmed by letter  as soon as we receive the paiment.

Cancellation policy:

 - The deposit will not be refund in case guests partly or totally cancel their reservation within 30 days before the beginning of their stay.

 - The hotel will keep the whole deposit as a penalty in case guests decide to bring the date of their departure forward.
